Custom fixturing.
Quality is assured by consistently measuring tooling, calibrating machinery, and inspecting finished parts. Reverse engineering with no documentation. We use CAD/CAM workstations with powerful 3D surfacing and solid modeling capabilities. We can accept the following file formats: IGES, STEP, SAT/ACIS, STL, Parasolid, Pro/ENGINEER, VDA-FS, DWG, TIFF, JPG, HSF, or VTU.

CAD drawings are input directly into the machines in our extensive machining facility.
